After a successful Supercross season, Jack took a well earned break at the beginning of February. In early March, he flew out to America for a few weeks to do some riding and to get prepared for the 2010 motocross season.

Last weekend (29th - 30th January) the Exhibition Centre in Herning, Denmark, was the showplace for the 16th Edition of the Yamaha Supercross Herning. In the mixed SX1/SX2-pack of 30 riders from twelve nations was Jack Brunell from Old Windsor, who was willing to face the challenges of this event at the end of the SX season 2009/2010.

Last weekend (22th - 23th January) the small town of Goes in the southwest of the Netherlands and the Motorsport Club Zeeland were the hosts for the 18th edition of the Supercross Goes. Riders from seven nations were invited to the Zeeland- hallen, to fight in the various categories for points and placings. Lining up was the 20-year-old rider Jack Brunell from Old Windsor (Berkshire), who was contesting in the class Inters SX2 for the Rabbit Racing Team.
